We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We close for lunch daily from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
Are we closed on weekends?
Yes, we are closed every weekend and for most major holidays.
Are we accepting new patients?
We are currently accepting new patients over the age of 14.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept plans from most major insurance carriers with the exception of Kaiser Permanente and TRICARE. Please check with your provider to verify that your plan is eligible for your practice. We are unfortunately unable to check the eligibility of all plans on our end.
Do I need to see a doctor to get antibiotics.
Yes, as with all controlled substances, a doctor’s prescription is needed for antibiotics.
Do I need to see a doctor to get a referral or to get lab work?
Yes, you will need to see a doctor for all referrals and lab work.
What days are doctors in?
We have doctor’s available 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.
When do lab results and referrals come in?
Lab results are usually received in 48 hours, many times in 24 hours. Referrals for urgent conditions usually come in within 72 hours. Routine referrals usually take 5-10 business days.
Can I get medical advice from another member of your staff when a doctor is not immediately available?
No. Only our doctors are allowed to give medical advice.
